-----
(BY THE HERALDS SPECIAL WIRE.)
LONDON, Friday, - Glorious weather and a splendid number of exhibits, helped to make the Ladies' Kennel Association's annual championship exhibition, which commenced in the Botanic Gardens, Regent's Park, yesterday, a huge all-round success.
The aggregate of entries was 3,603, an increase of 500 as compared with last year, and the show is the largest two-day fixture in the world. Every breed in the Kennel Club register is represented, and while the forty judges were adjudicating in the many different rings all over the pretty grounds their work was watched with much interest by a large and fashionable company. ...
Shetland Sheepdogs.
Shetland sheepdogs made the strongest muster at any show since they were classified by the Kennel Club, and the principal awards were won by Mrs. P. Hunlocke's exhibits. Mr. J. A. Loggie, however, won the team class."
